Buff Bowen, Co-Founder and President
Buff founded his first technology company, American Computer Resources, Inc. (ACR) in 1983, and built it into a $50 million per year International IBM PC distribution enterprise serving 5,000+ IBM resellers, distributors and Fortune 500 buyers in over 80 countries from company owned offices in Germany, Denmark, Australia, the U.K. and the U.S over the following eighteen years. Buff founded HAB Technologies LLC in 1999 with a vision of improving the way information is organized, connected and communicated on the Internet and merged HAB and The Boomja Network into ACR in 2015. The Boomja Network is Buff’s second Internet venture, following the successful sale of StudyWeb.com to Lightspan, Inc. (now PLATO Learning, Inc.) in 1999. Coaching quarterbacks has been a hobby of Buff’s for over twenty five years. Buff has had many quarterbacks graduate to the collegiate level, including Purdue University, Syracuse University, West Virginia, Duquesne University, University of Buffalo, Central Connecticut State University, American International College (AIC), Wesleyan University, University of Rhode Island, Wagner College, Sacred Heart University, Delaware State, Merrimack College, Appalachian State University, California University of Pennsylvania, Trinity College, Hamilton College, Rowan University, Western Connecticut State University, Utica College and the University of New Haven over the past seven years at Milford Academy’s elite prep football program and private quarterback training. |
Robert Donovan, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Robert Donovan serves as American Computer Resources's Chief Information Officer and is the designer and co-founder of The Boomja Network's technology. Robert is responsible for the design and development of HAB Technologies’ software applications, including the development of StudyWeb.com, the group’s first successful software and Authoritative website product. Robert’s past experiences includes three years of project management development at SKL, a Halifax, Nova Scotia company where he was the Internet Project Leader. |
